After you create your logo, click the "Download" button at the bottom of the page and follow the steps to order your download. The video is delivered as an MP4 file.
No. The watermark only appears on the logo preview shown on the website. The rendered video does not include the watermark - it will look like the sample shown in the download popup.
Please try a different browser or device. If the website still does not work, email us at support@kassellabs.io and let us know which device and browser you are using.
You should receive your video within 1 to 2 days. The payment confirmation email includes the estimated delivery time.
We accept credit cards, most debit cards, and PayPal. The payment form is on the download page after you click the "Download MP4 Video" button. If the payment form does not work for you, you can also send a transfer directly to our PayPal account at payments@kassellabs.io. If you do not receive a confirmation email after paying, check that the payment went through and contact us if needed.
First, confirm that your payment went through and that you received our confirmation email. The confirmation email and payment receipt include a download link you can check to see if your video is ready. Also check your spam folder. Only payments made through the website are processed automatically. If you paid via PayPal, verify in your PayPal account that the payment was successful, that the email you expect delivery on matches the one associated with the payment, and that the payment method cleared on time (only credit cards and PayPal balance clear instantly). If you paid via credit card, check with your card issuer that the charge went through. If you still have not received your video, email us at support@kassellabs.io.
You can pay via PayPal by creating a new account or signing in to an existing one, or send a transfer directly to our PayPal account at payments@kassellabs.io. If you do not receive a confirmation email after paying, verify the payment went through and contact us if needed. If you still cannot pay, email us at support@kassellabs.io with details about the problem.
The amount is the same in US Dollars. Use the current market rate to convert to USD. PayPal can convert to US Dollars for you. If you pay with a credit card in another currency, the amount will be converted automatically.
Downloading files on iOS can be tricky. When you open the link in Safari, it plays the video but does not let you save the MP4 file. We recommend using another device, such as a desktop computer, for the download.
We recommend sharing the link to your intro instead. Posting the video directly may trigger copyright systems and could be muted or blocked by the platform. We are not responsible for the reproduction of videos on third-party services. If you want to avoid copyright issues, we can swap the music in your video for something else - email us for details.
It depends on how, where, and with what content the video will be published. We advise caution when using the video commercially, because it may contain copyrighted material such as music and background footage.
Our Terms of Service state that we are not responsible for errors (typos, misspellings) made while creating your content - the rendered video reproduces the content exactly as received. The best option is to edit your intro and request a new download. If you need us to fix it for you, it will be subject to our availability and may incur extra costs.
Try playing the video in another player or on another device. If it still does not work, contact us and let us know which device and video player you are using.
If you are having trouble downloading, make sure you are not using a VPN or proxy that might block the download. Try a different browser or device. If the problem persists, try again later or email us.
Yes. The downloaded MP4 file can be imported into PowerPoint or any other presentation software.
No. We do not store your credit card details - they are handled directly by our payment gateways (PayPal and Stripe). We only store the content of the creation you made and the email address you provide when requesting the download.
Yes, we offer advanced customizations and can add or replace an image in the video. Email us for details.
Please download the file again and try it on different devices and in different video players. We recommend VLC Media Player. Test another MP4 file on the same device to rule out missing codecs. If you still cannot play your video, email us at support@kassellabs.io with details about the problem.
If the content violates our Terms of Service, report it and we will remove it. To delete content you created yourself, we may ask for additional information to confirm you are the author. Email us the link to the creation along with the date, time, and timezone you created it - your browser history can help you find those details.
Once the video has started rendering or has already been sent to your email, we cannot cancel or refund it. Refunds are only possible when the video was not delivered in accordance with our Terms. If you request a refund before rendering starts, whether we can cancel it depends on how quickly we can act on your email.
